About your visit

Wear comfortable clothes, easy access to upper arms and legs.  We will also provide gowns and draping if needed.  Do not brush or scrape your tongue before visit, tongue coating is part of the diagnosis

Estimated 1 to 1.5 hours for first time consultation depending on your medical history.  For any follow up sessions, expecting at least 30-60 min.  Fill out the New Patient Form prior to visit will always help

Acupuncture should not cause much pain, it's more of the sensation as it breaks the skin, Once the needle is inserted, some people may feel the Qi with dull achey and/ or tingling sensation.
